Some pics from the fantastic 4 day Intensive Filial Therapy training for qualified mental health professionals at Ladyburn Business Centre this week.
The course content and materials from the original model by Drs Louise and Bernie Gourney and developed by Professor Rise Van Fleet who holds the copyright are excellent and delivery by course instructor Tracie Faa Thompson is to the highest standard for this intervention that evidences excellent outcomes of intensive therapy work with parent and child.
We look forward to Inverclyde families benefitting from the expertise and skills achieved from this training and as we further develop this type of family therapy to our repertoire of mental health interventions.
