Today we are delighted to see the coming together of our organisation and our network partners in Scotland and Northern Ireland in a Conference in Glasgow facilitated by the Mental Health Foundation -
Partnering For Prevention: Learning from the work of the Covid Response Programme- which focuses on addressing mental health inequalities and will share the learning from our programmatic work developed in response to the Covid 19 pandemic.
The Keynote speaker is Dr Ashwin Vasan MD. Phd. the 44th Health Commissioner for New York City and public health expert working to improve physical and mental health, social welfare and public policy outcomes for marginalised populations in NYC nationally and globally.
Mind Mosaic Child and Family Therapies worked with the Mental Health Foundation and alongside our 5 partner organisations to develop and evidence preventative public mental health interventions to people with long term health conditions, lone parents, black and ethnic communities people seeking asylum and refugees, all aimed at reducing inequality.
We were privileged to take part in the film Small Talk some of which was filmed at Mind Mosaic Child and Family Therapies base in Ladyburn Business Centre.
