On World Mental Health Day our staff are delighted to attend the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow with our 5 network partners from the Small Talk Project and the Mental Health Foundation with the MRC/CSO Social & Public Health Sciences Unit at the University of Glasgow to attend the screening of 3 short films that Mind Mosaic Child and Family Therapies at Ladyburn were involved in that explain mental health during the perinatal period.
The films were collaboratively produced with individuals with lived experience; project partners and healthcare professionals. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and Q & E.
Projects from both orgs Small Talk and Big Data share a common goal of challenging stigma and perception around peri-natal mental health. The showcase event will provide a unique platform to discuss ongoing challenges around perinatal mental health and the revolution required in support to parents... (Films to follow)
