Week 3 of our Summer Superhero Group.
We told the stories of Clark Kent (Superman), Green Lantern and Jessica Cruz, exploring issues like shyness, realtionships, lack of confidence, bullying, anxiety and worry.The young people then made worry monster boxes.
Our Superhero groups are funded by The National Lottery Young Start are a diversionary activity which help us meet outcomes for children and young people by building confidence; improving mental, physical and emotional health; and providing new skills to help cope and manage with the use of superheroes and the values they represent.
